DIGITAL PRODUCT
REFUND POLICY.

This policy applies to paid digital products sold by Hacks², including the AI Business Operations Pack.

Digital delivery

Paid products are digital files or digital content. No physical product is shipped. Delivery instructions are sent to the email used at checkout after successful payment.

Right of withdrawal

For customers in the European Economic Area, digital content supplied immediately after purchase may not be eligible for the standard 14-day withdrawal period once supply has begun and the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this can affect the withdrawal right. The checkout must collect that consent before delivery.

When a refund is appropriate

Hacks² will review a refund request when a file cannot be accessed or is materially different from its description and the issue cannot be resolved. Requests should be made within 14 days of purchase and include the email used for the order and a short description of the issue.

Not a guarantee of results

The packs provide educational workflows, prompts and templates. They do not guarantee business results, time savings, revenue, regulatory compliance or suitability for a particular use case. The buyer remains responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions.
